Project Name

Sanofi - Team Building Virtual Event

Sanofi is a global healthcare leader with more than 100,000 employees, representing 142 different nationalities. Being with such a global reach and having this number of employees means that putting teams in the same room and discussing strategy is very important. A team building virtual event

that allowed for people to interact, listen to insights, and even run a recognition ceremony.

Q&A and Polls

were an essential part of the sessions. There were also video presentations, interview sessions and discussions.

Guests

were invited before the event via an email invitation, and then reminded to join in for the event as soon as the time approached. When the event time came, they could join from the comfort of their phone or a computer from a normal browser leading to a website. The website was secure, and only people from within the organization could join in the sessions.

A Green Screen Studio

was set up for the MC and the presenters, so that they can be fully integrated in the virtual stage.
